Pedernales

Hi again!
We had a wonderful church service this morning at a Hatian church near the Ministry Center.  The things that stood out to us the most was how they worshipped with all their hearts.  They sang at the top of their lungs, no microphones needed.  Their singing was absolutely beautiful.  We introduced ourselves and attempted some Spanish.  We sang a couple songs for them (a "little" bit quieter than their singing, ha ha) Chad gave a brief message and Duane interpreted for him (not sure if Duane always said what Chad said and Chad liked having Duane to able to finish his sentences for him)

Back at the Ministry Center we had lunch,, packed up and headed out to Pedernales.  A beautiful drive with several ocean views.  Often when slowing down through towns people would shout "Americanos!" and vendors in the road would also try to sell their goods. 

Currently we are checked into our hotel for the week.  Hotel Villa Del Mar.  We look forward to starting tomorrow working alongside the locals!
